Our department chair, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bülent HAZNEDAR, attended the World Pasta Day 2025 event held in Istanbul between October 24–26. Under the moderation of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bayram, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Gaziantep University, our professor participated as an invited speaker in the panel titled "Artificial Intelligence and Innovation in the Pasta Industry". He provided insightful information on the topic "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Applications on the Pasta Industry".
